In June 2025, Chiba City sent a notification message via SMS to head of household.
千葉市では令和7年6月に、SMS（ショートメッセージサービス）により、世帯主の方に対してメッセージを送信いたしました。

This message is to inform you that we have sent a notice of determination of the National Health Insurance premium for the year 2025. (Shipping date: Friday, June 13)
このメッセージは、令和7年度の国民健康保険料の決定通知書を皆様に送付したことをお知らせするためのものです。(発送日：6月13日(金曜日))
The first deadline is Monday, June 30.
1回目の期限は6月30日(月曜日)です。

About NHI / 国民健康保険について
National Health Insurance (NHI) is a system in which the insured can receive medical care by sharing insurance premiums and paying a partial contribution of medical expenses.
国民健康保険（国保）とは、被保険者が保険料を出し合い、医療費の一部負担金を払うだけで医療を受けられる仕組みです。
In occurrence of deficits in the NHI premium fund, benefits for those in need may cease and the expense load on the NHI payers will increase.
国保の保険料の収納が不足すると、十分な給付が行えなくなり、国保に加入している方の医療費負担が大きくなってしまいます。
In order to protect the NHI system, please be sure to always be up to date with your insurance premium payments.
国保を守るためにも、必ず期限までに保険料を納めていただくよう、ご協力をお願いいたします。
